Sorrow for Steinmann

I feel sorry for Jessica Steinmann.

Seriously, I do. And to be frank, I’ll continue to feel sorry for her, regardless of what happens in the November election.

Jessica is obviously an intelligent, well-educated person. She wouldn’t give Donald Trump the time of day... if he weren't President of the United States.

BUT… she now seeks elective office in what HAS been a Republican Congressional district, and that means that she’s had to CHAIN HERSELF to you-know-who: a senile nut with a criminal record.

In all likelihood, this causes her a great deal of pain, but what can she do? If she exhibits the slightest bit of independent thought, she’ll be exiled right out of the Republican Party.  She doesn’t want to squash her political career before it’s begun, so she goes along to get along.

When she gets home after a long day of campaigning, she’ll cry on her husband’s shoulder, aching with humiliation and disgust… but tomorrow, she’ll be back on the trail, shaking hands and smiling for the cameras.

And what does all this mean in specific terms? Well, take a look at the headlines… which is something I did on August 1st, 2026. It was a Saturday, so — yes — it was a “slow” news day, but just look at the ruckus that Jessica Steinmann now supports and promotes:

So that’s it. That’s the predicament we’re in.

And who can save us?

I’m talking to YOU, the INDEPENDENT voters of our 8th Congressional District. We need you more than ever. Look at yourself in the mirror… and then do the right thing.
